- How does the commission work?
- On the Starter plan, GeraHome takes a small commission from each completed job. Growth and Business providers get reduced commission rates, making those plans better value as your business grows.
- Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
- Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle. You keep full access until the period ends.
- How does the Business multi-provider team work?
- The Business plan lets you manage up to 5 provider accounts under one business account — no per-seat fee. Each provider gets their own profile and calendar.
- What types of services can I list on GeraHome?
- Cleaning, repairs, plumbing, electrical, beauty, moving, gardening, handyman work, and much more. If customers need it at home, you can list it on GeraHome.
- Do I earn GeraCoins from completed jobs?
